The Tantzers Center has been thoughtfully designed from the ground up. At its heart is a social hall for events and programs, gatherings, classes, simchas, and parties. There is a relaxation lounge for parents who rarely get a chance to sit, a playroom built for children of all ages, and a custom library with titles in Hebrew, English, and Yiddish, a reflection of the families from all walks of life who will come through our doors.
A full kitchen supports daily meal service, and plans are already in place for a rooftop addition that will offer fresh air, breathing room, BBQs, and space for connection and relaxation.
But the building is only part of the vision.
The center is designed for real, daily life. It operates from 6:00am to 12:00am, with food available at all times. Parents heading to the hospital have access to childcare. Children have homework support. Mothers have exercise classes. Families celebrate milestones together, from bar and bat mitzvahs to the quieter moments that matter just as much. Programming runs consistently, creating rhythm and stability in seasons that often feel anything but stable.
The goal is simple: to create a place families can rely on every day. A place that is structured, warm, and always open when they need it.
This center exists because we believe families deserve more than survival. They deserve support, dignity, and a space built to hold them through it all.
